The Flexible Base unit range support Olympia Triumph’s telescopic poles in supple and secure housing. The base tube secures the bottom section of the pole, giving the operator greater control when in use. The pole can be fully rotated within the base tube. This combined with the flexible base joint, lets the user angle the pole by up to 180° and rotate up to 360°, making control and deployment of the hook fast and easy
The tube is manufactured from one piece of solid acetal, providing great strength-to-weight ratio and unparalleled corrosion resistance in maritime environments. Four M10 (3/8”) fixings holes are provided for attachment to a RHIB.
Olympia Triumph produce three base plates as standard. However, bespoke solutions are available on request to fit any size RHIB.
The Maritime Flexible Base Unit attaches to the RHIB deck. The flexible base joint allows the user to lie the pole down horizontally and tie it securely on the RHIB deck for transport.
All Olympia Triumph base tubes come as 70mm internal diameter as standard.
